Cinema Tickets Booking Online (Our Services) |
| Our
service provides frequent cinegoers with access
to their favourite cinema tickets (and tickets for
other events will be added in future) and allows
them to easily order tickets online. Currently,
the online ticket booking facility is open to only
WHIZTEC Cyber Club members and the payment is to
be made at the time of collecting the ticket(s)
from the theatre. We will be adding online credit
card payment facility with home delivery in the
near future. |

How to join WHIZTEC Cyber Club |
Please
fill out an online application form and fax it to
04-2976463. We require a copy of your passport/valid
UAE driving license/any identification issued in
UAE. Your identity is essential for us to eliminate
the possibility of abusing our services. Please
also complete the online survey with the application
to help us offer you a better service.

Ordering Online - (Process) |
| To book
tickets online, choose a theatre (currently booking
is available for Plaza Cinema only), select a show
time, specify a number of tickets, specify the seat
numbers (optional) and then check out. An email
confirmation of the seat(s) will be sent along with
a reference number and the invoice. A copy of the
confirmation (hardcopy) is to be produced at the
Cinema counter for making the payment to collect
tickets. Members are entitled to book upto five
tickets per show. The reserved tickets will be issued
at the cinema counter till 30 minutes before the
show. All orders are final once they are placed
and are processed Sat-Fri between 9AM-9PM. To check
the status of an online booking, please login to
your member home page. |

Enquiries |
| If you
cannot find the ticket confirmation within 4 hrs,
submit a request at tickets@gulfcinema.com and our
representative will respond within 2 hrs with the
requested ticket information. Submitting a ticket
request does not guarantee that we will find a ticket
for you. In addition, only completed requested forms
will be followed up with by our representative.

Seat Locations |
| GulfCinema
allows ticket buyers to purchase tickets based on
seating preferences. The system will select the
best possible seat selection in the purchaser's
preferred area based on availability, as determined
by the Cinema at the time of purchase. |

Delivery |
| The tickets
should be collected at the Cinema counter atleast
30 minutes before the show. Uncollected tickets
will be sold immediately. We will be adding home
delivery facility soon. |

Order Cancellation |
| You
may cancel the order anytime by logging into your
member home page. Alternatively you can call Plaza
Cinema and cancel the ticket by giving the booking
reference number. Please cancel your tickets immediately,
if you intend not to use it. We encourage all of
our members to follow appropriate netiquette while
they are on the Internet. |

Miscellaneous Information |
| Gulfcinema
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept/reject
any application without showing any reason. Children
(under 18) should always get permission from their
parents before sending application. All times listed
on the Cinema Guide are local to the area of the
Cinema. Furthermore, all dates, times and movies
are subject to change. Children above 2 years need
full tickets Read appropriate Cinema Policy Information
before booking tickets for children. The above terms
and conditions are subject to change without notice |
